Building a world without blood cancers

Join leaders in the construction industry to support the blood cancer community!

How can you support the blood cancer community?

The construction industry is one of collaboration. Each team must do its part to ensure that the foundation, the electricity or the finishing's are completed in symbiosis to ensure that a project is completed. This is why the industry has decided once again this year to BUILD A WORLD WITHOUT BLOOD CANCER. The goal is clear: to rally the field in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. In 2022, this initiative raised over $240,000 and is once again aiming to increase its goal and further expand across Canada.

Leaders in the construction industry have stepped up to build a world without blood cancers and are asking for your support TODAY! There are two key opportunities for you to have a meaningful impact:

  1. Support the blood cancer community by making a $1000+ donation to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
  2. Sign up to join these leaders in reaching out to your network for support – contact us to learn more!

"As a leader in the construction industry, we are guided by our family values. LOVE is one of our values - Love of our people. I became involved because one of our employees was diagnosed with stage 2B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at the age of 23; we are very grateful that his cancer treatment resulted in full remission. Let’s unite and help raise money for new and innovative cancer research that will one day lead to a cure. Together, we can continue to make life-changing differences and build a world without blood cancers."

Marine Bazian-Pinède - Honoured Hero

At 16 years old, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin lymphoma. It was in the middle of the school year. While my friends were getting ready for prom, I was in the hospital fighting for my life. The nausea, hair loss, extreme fatigue and pain often left me physically and mentally exhausted. Despite this, I remained hopeful and confident that I would beat the disease. I learned to appreciate every little bit of progress and every brief period of relief.
