I'm participating in a fund raising charity hockey tournament on Sunday August 24th. (but not the October walk).
BATTLE FOR BLOOD CANCER is a 3 on 3 hockey tournament where we will be playing with a focus on raising critical funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. These funds support research and those who are living with a blood cancer disease.
This cause is deeply personal to me. Every 17 minutes, someone in Canada is diagnosed with a blood cancer. But together, we can bring hope, support and critical research to those who need it most.
