Walk for John
Team "Walk for John" is excited to participate again this year in the 2025 Light the Night event! This will be our 11th year walking in honour of John!
Light The Night brings communities across Canada together for one magical evening to share stories, remember loved ones lost and pay tribute to our heroes, bringing light, love and hope to dispel the darkness of blood cancers.
Our team is dedicated to raising money in honour of our husband/ dad, John Carmichael who lost his brave battle to Leukemia 9 years ago and in memory of our great uncle Terry Bice who also passed away from Leukemia. Please join our team and or donate if you are able to.
We look forward to participating again this year with our amazing family and friends! Please reach out to Ashley or Angela for the specific details for our team's plans the night of October 18th at Telus Spark for a 2 km walk. The evening events will begin at 5:00pm.
