My father, Raymond John Deane, passed away peacefully in his home in Toronto, Canada on August 31st, 2021 in his 76th year after a 10 year battle with Lymphoma. This year, we will be walking at the LLSC's Light the Night Walk with golden lanterns in his memory.
For too long, too many people have had their lives torn apart and turned upside down by cancer.
Most advancements made in cancer treatments (and treatments for other illnesses) have been born out of blood cancer research so this is a great cause to support for so many reasons as it touches so many.
My company, Canada Goose, is generously matching all donations at 100%. This year we increased our corporate goal to $15K raised and with the dedication and passion of our teams and our corporate matching program, I know we can do it!
Since his diagnosis in 2011, my father was passionate about giving back to the LLSC, an organization that provided him and our family with so much support and hope over the years.
Please celebrate his memory by supporting our team and helping to raise money & awareness to help find a cure for blood cancers.
