A year ago we lost our very dear friend Carol Georke to leukaemia. She was one of the most amazing women we have ever met. We met in high school and then lost touch until about 5 years ago. We had began planning for camping trips, skiing, get togethers, sailing and so much more for both our families. Some of those adventures we were able to do together left memories that will last a life time but we had so much more planned! We were still making plans while she was in the hospital for when she got out and feeling better, that was just who she was so positive, a fighter, and always thinking of others instead of herself. Unfortunately it was only such a brief time before she lost her fight. We are doing this walk in memory of her and to help raise money for blood cancers so others can keep planning. Please help us to still keep her memory alive by supporting us on this walk.
