Supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLSC) holds profound personal significance for me, driven by both a heartbreaking loss and a hopeful victory in my life.
I lost my grandfather, Neil Stoness, to leukemia, a battle that illuminated the pain and struggles faced by those fighting this relentless disease. His absence left a void in our lives, a reminder of the devastating impact blood cancers have not only on patients but also on their families and loved ones. This loss fuels my commitment to supporting LLSC, an organization dedicated to advancing treatments and ultimately finding a cure for all blood cancers.
At the same time, I am deeply inspired by my friend Charlie Malone, who courageously battled this disease, showing remarkable strength and resilience at such a young age. Charlie's journey is a testament to the importance of support and progress in blood cancer research. Witnessing his fight and the strides he has made motivates me to support LLSC wholeheartedly.
By backing LLSC, I am not only remembering my grandfather but also standing in solidarity with Charlie and countless others affected by blood cancers. It is my hope that through our collective efforts, we can contribute to breakthroughs that will save lives and bring hope to those in the midst of their battles.
