Light The Night brings communities across Canada together for one magical evening to share stories, remember loved ones lost and pay tribute to our heroes, bringing light, love and hope to dispel the darkness of blood cancers.
I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) in 2009 and feel truly blessed that I have been classified as a “Survivor”. My involvement in the LLSC’s “First Connection” program has allowed me to provide support to many newly diagnosed people across Canada.
Although my period of “remission” appears to be coming to an end, I remain 100% positive that a cure for blood cancers is just around the corner. Any donation you care to make will be much appreciated and, hopefully bring an end to blood cancers.
