My sister and I founded Light the Night Regina in 2014 after our brother was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Following the first year, our nephew has been diagnosed with Lymphoma and had a recurrence. We are blessed and thankful that both of our family members have had successful treatment. This drives home the importance of awareness, fundraising, and support.
We couldn't be more proud of our community continuing to support this important cause since we started the walk.
This year we are excited to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the walk by Lighting the Night in person!!
Join us on Saturday, October 5th for an in-person walk. Starting at 5:00 at the College Avenue Campus, we will share in family fun activities, community support, and of course the inspirational lantern walk.
Light The Night brings communities across Canada together for one magical evening to share stories, remember loved ones lost and pay tribute to our heroes, bringing light, love and hope to dispel the darkness of blood cancers.
I am taking the first step and showing my support. Join us!
