Maxime Gendron began his career at AGF Rebar in 2003, a family business of 75 years, where he quickly distinguished himself by rising through the ranks. From operational engineering to project management, including the presidency of AGF Rebar in the provinces of Ontario and Alberta, Maxime has demonstrated remarkable strategic vision and leadership.
In June 2023, he was appointed President and CEO of the AGF Group, a major milestone in his career. Throughout his time with the company, Maxime has been driven by a clear ambition: to modernize the practices of the family-owned multinational to ensure its long-term sustainability.
