My warrior!
In January 2018, our world turned upside-down when my little sister was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. She fought like a warrior and kicked cancer's butt. On October 31, 2019, we got the news that she was in remission! This year we will be celebrating her 5th year in remission!
Team Monkey thanks you for helping us reach our goal, and for making a difference in the lives of those who are currently fighting this disease!
This year will mark our 7th Light the Night event, an incredible event that brings communities across Canada together for one magical evening to share stories, remember loved ones lost, pay tribute to our heroes, bringing light, love and hope to dispel the darkness of blood cancers.
