Welcome to my personal page for #MOVEWELLWITHCALDWELL - my fundraising campaign for Man & Woman of the Year.
I am standing up for the blood cancer community. From now until June 3rd, my goal is to raise $100,000 which will go directly to help support those newly diagnosed, people in treatment and those navigating life after a blood cancer.
I have taken on this challenge in honour of friends and colleagues in my personal circle who have experienced blood cancer. You will met them along the way. They are all incredibly courageous and I will draw inspiration from her journey as I take mine.
I am honoured and excited to share an interview with my inspiration and dear friend, LIA GOH, 15 year old leukemia survivor, advocate and LLSC honoured hero.
View her video on the left and take a few minutes to be inspired.
To acknowledge those diagnosed and to raise awareness, I will complete a 23 hour walk on May 23rd:
#MOVEWELLWITHCALDWELL, Presented by The Sharpe-Way Group.
It will be difficult, in fact grueling, it will likely hurt, it will have highs and lows – but it will never be as difficult getting up every day and going for cancer treatment.
I will be sharing my journey over the coming weeks and of course during the walk itself – I’m inviting people to get involved along the way and I’ll use the recognition I am grateful to have, to raise awareness and ask for support
As you know, though, everyone wins when cancer loses.
With every donation, you bring hope and healing to the blood cancer community, who need us now more than ever. Your contributions propel vital research, provide information in the hands of those who need it most and offer personalized support to over 100,000 Canadians and families affected by a blood cancer!
Thank you for supporting the blood cancer community and leading us closer to a world without blood cancers!
