The Visionary of the Year Campaign is deeply personal having a child that was diagnosed with Leukemia. We have experienced the fear, uncertainty and emotional distress inflicted by blood cancer.

Through our journey we have also witnessed and benefited greatly by the financial support that has been directed to research, patient support and advocacy. Without question Charitable Organizations such as LLSC have contributed to these fundamental pillars of care. Because of this we just celebrated a very important milestone, one year post treatment and a very healthy, happy child.

After five months of living in the hospital we know we have some of the most passionate, caring and dedicated health care workers, this campaign will help and support them in doing their job with the goal of many more successful outcomes, much like our own.
