Innovation is the heart of all which we do at The Peak.

So, when we were approached to participate in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada’s (LLSC) Visionaries of the Year campaign, it was a natural partnership. We are changing the way Canadians get their news, and they are changing the blood cancer space. Together, we can have a big impact.

The LLSC believes in innovation as strongly as we do. They are dedicated to life-enhancing research, targeting the development of new, less-harmful ways to treat blood cancer. There are two guiding lights for their research - increase survivorship and improve quality of life after cancer.

Funds raised by The Peak will support this mission. And while we may not all know someone with blood cancer, unfortunately most of us have been affected by cancer in some way. This is why participating in the campaign is so important to us, blood cancer research informs treatments for all cancers. Chemotherapy is a direct result of blood cancer research.

Together, we can change the future of cancer.
