AIP Connect is in the business of people and our philosophy is rooted in the desire to make a positive difference in peoples’ lives. Today, we are a team of 12 who give a deep shit about helping others navigate the job market and achieve their career goals; we all know how feeling fulfilled at work truly influences one’s physical and mental wellbeing. 

With that in mind, we are eager to partner with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada in the Visionary of the Year Fundraiser. We know that the funds we raise will directly make a meaningful impact to health & wellness in the blood cancer community and beyond. 

Sadly, several of our team members have experienced grief relating to a cancer diagnosis or the loss of a loved one. Some of us have grown up in rural communities where access to services, support and information was scarce. Knowing that LLSC’s mission has been at the forefront of progressing cures across all kinds of cancer and ensuring that communities are provided with the right access to information resonates with us.  

Cancer has to be one of the scariest words in the English language and LLSC’s aspiration to help this community navigate a diagnosis through research and personalized support is a mission we are aligned with. AIP Connect is motivated to collaborate as a team from coast to coast (like we do as recruiters) towards the common goal of “WE WON’T STOP” until there is a cure.
