Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

I am deeply honored and humbled to be a candidate for Visionary of the Year for the Canada Blood Cancer Foundation. This journey is not just about me, it is about the lives that have been touched, the battles that have been fought, and the legacies that deserve to be carried forward.

I am dedicating this campaign to two incredible individuals: my late friend, Raffaele Junior Spera, and the courageous Sammy Festa, a two-time survivor who continues to inspire us all. Raffaele’s life was one of strength, love, and resilience. though he is no longer with us, his spirit remains alive in the countless hearts he touched.

Sammy’s fight has been nothing short of extraordinary, a testament to what perseverance and hope can achieve.

Their stories remind us why we fight, for those we have lost, for those who are still battling, and for those who will one day face this disease.

Blood cancer does not discriminate. It strikes without warning, turning lives upside down in an instant. But together, we can stand against it. We can be the difference. We can fund groundbreaking research, provide critical support to families, and offer hope to those who need it most.

I cannot do this alone. I need your support whether through donations, spreading awareness, or simply sharing this message. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, creates a ripple effect that reaches further than we can ever imagine.
