Hello, my name is Warren Dietrich, I am 27 years old, and in April 2017, I was diagnosed with stage 2B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. I had just returned home after finishing my third year of civil engineering at Memorial University. I was getting ready to begin a summer co-op position with Pomerleau, but instead, I started my battle with cancer.
My treatment involved multiple chemotherapies, radiation, bendamustine, brentuximab, and a stem cell transplant. Many of these treatments didn’t go as planned, but I always tried to stay positive and optimistic that my current treatment would cure me.
I’m in remission now and am working for Pomerleau. None of this would be possible without the support I have received from my family, friends, community, coworkers, the LLSC, and health care professionals. I participate in light the night so that one day everyone will enter remission. Please donate to help make this dream come true. Thank you
