It's that time of year again when I turn to my closest family and friends to help support my fundraising efforts for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.
YOU'RE INVITED: Join us at our BBQ event at Parc de Lausanne, again this year. Date to be confirmed soon!
OUR GOAL: Last year, thanks to your outstanding support we raised more than $32,000!! Our goal for 2024 is to raise $25,000.
WHY DONATE: I have been raising money for this cause for 12 years. I have met so many patients, doctors, researchers and most importantly: survivors. So many people in remission are where they are because of the advancements in treatment options that are entirely made possible through research supported by foundations such as the LLSC. The people I have met along the way are inspiring and they rely on the support from the LLSC. Your donation will go towards funding research grants in Montreal and across Canada as well as providing funding for patient advocacy/support groups.
THANK YOU: Organizing the fundraiser is not easy and I would not have the motivation to continue for a 6th year in a row if it wasn't for your support. Your donations, and more importantly your presence at the event, are what inspires me to continue devoting my time and energy to this cause.
