This team was created in honour of our hero - Stewart Katz. As we continue to grieve our devastating loss and try to pick up the pieces of our shattered world, we continue to search for ways to celebrate his life and legacy.
This year, Stewart is being honoured as the Remembered Hero at the Light the Night Toronto campaign event. The goal of this initiative is to inspire, motivate, and encourage fundraising and commitment to the LLSC Mission: to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Light The Night brings communities across Canada together for one magical evening to share stories, remember loved ones lost and pay tribute to our heroes, bringing light, love and hope to dispel the darkness of blood cancers.
We look forward to paying tribute to Stewart by sharing his story and legacy at Light the Night Toronto 2024.
