On August 6th, 2024, Carolyn passed away peacefully after a 16-month long battle with several aggressive forms of leukemia. Ever since her diagnosis, she fought tirelessly to keep moving forward, despite facing several obstacles & setbacks along the way.

Before her passing, her dream was to participate alongside her family in the Light the Night Walk in raising money & awareness to the battle against leukemia, both as a thank you to the medical community, and to continue funding the research in supporting the countless families who are fighting a similar battle across the country.

After raising over $7500 in last year's Light the Night Walk - surpassing her initial goal - we would like to continue to keep her dream alive in this yearly tradition of raising funds & participating in the walk in her honour.

We thank you for your kindness & generosity, as our family will be forever grateful, as we help to advance the research in the fight against this terrible disease.
